Monica Pulver
Monica Pulver keeps the day-to-day of Nolan Wealth Management running smoothly, from the first phone call a prospective client makes to the small touches that keep current clients feeling cared for year after year. As Operations Manager, Monica schedules initial consultations for new clients and prospects, coordinates monthly client meetings for the advisors, and supports the client service team across a wide range of tasks. She also leads the firm's marketing efforts, including the website, social media, and the events and client gifts that keep the firm connected to the people it serves. She also manages advisor licensing renewals behind the scenes so nothing falls through the cracks.
Monica also makes sure clients feel remembered between meetings, whether that is a birthday card, an anniversary note, or a holiday card at the end of the year. To her, these small touches are not an afterthought. They are part of what makes a relationship feel genuine rather than transactional.
Why She Does This Work
Monica finds real fulfillment in helping the client experience reflect everything Nolan Wealth Management stands for. She enjoys being one of the first faces a new client sees and one of the steady voices current clients hear, and she takes pride in making sure that first impression, and every one after it, is a positive one. Having direct contact with clients and adding a personal touch is what brings her joy in her role. For Monica, being the front face of the firm means making sure every client and prospective client has the best possible experience, every time.
Background
Monica brings years of administrative support experience to her role, including multiple years in project management along with prior experience in marketing and sales. After her children were born, she stepped away from the workforce for several years to focus on raising her family. Once her children reached school age, she returned to work part-time, balancing her career with an active role in her children's after-school activities. Monica has been with Nolan Wealth Management since 2023 and continues to enjoy supporting both the team and the firm's current and future clients.
